I hope that you all have had safe and happy Holiday Season!
This has been a great vacation for us! The kids and I are off for three weeks and Darrick had a couple of four day weekends - perfect for getting things done around the house! Except nothing got done! Still one more week left...we'll see what happens. Miracles can...:)

- Darrick and I met while we were both attending our church's Institute classes at RCC. He asked me out for the first time not realizing I wasn't a member already (I was a "dry mormon" as they say). Our first date was the day before my baptism. It was awesome to have him there! We dated for a couple of months, got engaged and were married within the year (1995.In the late 90's and welcomed two children in the latter part of that decade, Keely Canela and Garion S. Darrick worked as a Toyota mechanic for awhile and I worked as a collector for a credit Union after I graduated from college with my B.A. in 1999. When we found out we were pregnant with child #3, Rhiannon Renee, I quit my job and stayed home with my kids, babysitting for a friend of mine. When Darrick's job at Toyota took a turn for the worse, I went back to work part-time as a substitute teacher for the kids' school. We welcomed Ronan M. in May 2006-he is the caboose of our circus train. Then Darrick had enough of Toyota and decided to change careers -hence Deputy Bunn. I also went back to school and recieved my teaching credential to teach both Art and elementary school. I will be getting my Master's degree in November.
